I am a proud fourth-generation Floridian & a St. Augustine resident since 1979. My passion for real estate began while assisting my father, a local homebuilder in the late 1990's who specialized in custom home & lot packages. I became licensed in 2005 & have been working with the real estate market in various roles ever since.

  I have raised my three children in St. Johns County, built lifelong relationships here, & truly believe there is no better place to live. I am a clear communicator, strong negotiator, & a dedicated facilitator who has an eye for detail when viewing homes for sale or purchase. I treat every transaction as if it were my own & thrive on making people feel comfortable allowing my customers to trust me completely. I believe that always adhering to the National Associations of Realtors strict Code of Ethics is the only way to conduct a successful business. 

 Outside of real estate, I enjoy our beautiful beaches & waterways, kayaking, cooking, yoga & spending time with my family. 

 I am also deeply  committed to being a good steward of the land. As an active member of the North Florida Land Trust, I support their continued conservation efforts to protect the landscapes that make North Florida home. I pledge 5% of my own earned commission to the organization to contribute to their preservation mission.
